Who is responsible?

FIMEC SH, registered at 2 avenue Spuller, 21340 Nolay, is the contact for requests relating to personal data exchanged with its team.

Information you send us

When you contact us by email or telephone, you may provide your name, business contact details, company and information about your industrial project. Please send only information necessary to handle your request.

Purposes and legal bases

Personal data is used to answer enquiries and prepare requested technical or commercial discussions. Depending on the request, the applicable basis may be pre-contractual steps or the legitimate interest in managing business enquiries.

Recipients

Business enquiries are recorded in the Odoo CRM, hosted by Odoo. Within FIMEC SH, access is restricted to the sales team. Odoo acts as the technical service provider hosting the CRM.

Your rights

Depending on the conditions set by applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing. Contact: commercial@fimec-sh.com.

You may also submit a complaint to the French data-protection authority: CNIL.

Audience measurement and navigation analysis

With your consent, Google Analytics measures website visits and interactions. Hotjar uses heatmaps and session recordings to analyse journeys and improve the browsing experience. These services may process pages viewed, interactions, browser identifiers and technical information about the device.

These tools are optional and are blocked until you agree. You can reject them separately or withdraw consent through “Manage consent”, without losing access to content. Withdrawal applies to future processing.
