Automatic pallet dispensers

The automatic pallet dispenser separates empty pallets from a stack and feeds them one at a time to the palletising station. It supplies the supports as they are needed by the line.

Products

Function

Unstacking and dispensing pallets

Destination

Palletizing station or next line station

Gripping

Defined by pallet format and condition

How it works

A stack is loaded into the dispenser. Each pallet is separated and transferred to the next station. The gripping arrangement depends on the size and condition of the pallets in use.

Dispensing is coordinated with the automated palletising line and the conveyors that present pallets for loading.

Key features

Supply of pallets to the next station

Pickup adapted to the pallets used

Pallet dispensing integrated into the palletizing cycle

Size and condition

Pallet dimensions, weight and condition determine how they can be separated. When several formats are used, the project needs a list of the supports and the frequency of format changes.

Stack capacity

The interval between refills depends on the number of pallets in the stack and consumption at the palletising station. The loading method and space around the dispenser determine how operators replenish it. Stack capacity and dispensing rate are specified for the installation.

Each pallet must reach the position required by the next station. The connection is defined around:

  • transfer height and direction;
  • pallet orientation and placement;
  • pallet requests and control signals;
  • access around the stack and conveyors.

These details connect the dispenser to the palletising cycle and the way replenishment is organised.
